We produce and supply the course content. The course itself is sold to you by Digistore24 GmbH acting as reseller: Digistore24 is your contract partner for the purchase, takes the payment, issues the invoice, charges and remits VAT, and handles withdrawal and refund requests.

Who is responsible for what

We are the controller for the personal data processed through this website and for delivering the Course to you.

Digistore24 GmbH is a separate, independent controller for the purchase itself. The order form, your payment details, the invoice and the tax records are processed by Digistore24 under its own privacy policy. We never receive or store your card details.

What we collect

From Digistore24 after a sale: your name, your email address, the product you bought and the order reference — what we need to give you access and to support you.

When you use your access link: when and how often it has been used, so we can detect abuse and help you if you lose it.

When you contact us: whatever you include in your message.

Server logs: IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept briefly for security and troubleshooting.

This site runs no analytics and no advertising cookies, so we do not build a profile of your browsing.

Why we process it

To give you the Course and support you with it — necessary to provide what you paid for.

To keep the service secure and prevent abuse of access links — our legitimate interest.

To meet legal obligations, including keeping records we are required to keep.

To send you marketing email only if you asked for it. Every such email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect emails about your access.

Who else sees it

Digistore24 (the sale, payment and invoicing), our email provider (sending your access link), and our hosting provider. Each processes data only as needed to run this service.

We do not sell personal data and do not disclose it for cross-site behavioural advertising.

Where it is processed

Our hosting and email providers process data within the EEA where possible. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Access and support data for as long as you have access to the Course, plus a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back with a question.

Anything we are required to retain for tax or accounting purposes is kept for the statutory retention period, which can be up to ten years.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

For data about the purchase itself — payment details, invoices, tax records — the controller is Digistore24, so those requests go to Digistore24.

Email us using the address above to exercise any of these rights. We may need to verify who you are first.

Complaints

Tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority — in the Netherlands the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, in Germany the supervisory authority for your federal state.

Security

Access links are stored as one-way cryptographic hashes rather than as plain, guessable links. Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. We hold no card data at any point.

Changes

We may update this policy for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The current version is always the one published here.
